Cooking Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 4 cups of pre-shredded green cabbage and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar. Pour over the stir-fry.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
