- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese (reserving some for topping), mini turkey pepperoni, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella cheese and remaining turkey pepperoni over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
