  • ½ cup chocolate chips can use dairy-free for vegan

Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl Cookies
  1. Prepare Peanut Butter Dough: Beat together peanut butter, melted butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients until just incorporated.
  2. Prepare Brownie Dough: whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth; add cocoa, egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, and fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Chill Both Doughs: Cover both doughs and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Form Cookies: Drop scoops of dough side by side on a baking sheet and swirl them gently.
  5. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
  6. Cool: Let cookies cool for 5-10 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
