- Toss diced peaches in a tablespoon of flour and fold them into the batter.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
- Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it generously over the muffin tops.
- Bake muffins for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness at 20 minutes.
- Cool muffins in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
