  2. Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish, spaced apart for even cooking.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in the minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter evenly over the salmon fillets, followed by sprinkling brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temp of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving with your choice of sides.
