Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet; cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and water; simmer for a minute.
  4. Add spaghetti to the skillet, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Remove lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to reduce liquid.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover for 2 minutes to melt.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve.
