Cooking Steps
- Preheat a large deep skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

- Bring to a rolling boil, cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Check pasta doneness, and if needed add more water.
- Turn off heat, add shredded cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
