- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to coat the pan.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add balsamic vinegar and scrape the pan.
- Layer grape tomatoes and mozzarella on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
