Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-30 second increments until fully melted.
  2. Spread a small amount of melted chocolate on one side of a Nutter Butter bite and press a Hershey's Kiss onto it.
  3. Melt the mini chocolate chips in the same way and use them to attach to the top of the Hershey's Kiss with more melted chocolate.
  4. Arrange the completed cookies on a platter or package them in cellophane bags.
