- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced mushrooms until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed mushrooms, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and add half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
 - Transfer the meat mixture onto a lined baking dish or a loaf pan and shape into a loaf about 2 inches tall.
 - Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese and layer crispy bacon on top.
 - Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
 - Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
