  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 t Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Sliced jalapeños

Method
 

Casserole Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until heated through.
