  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

  3. Slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in the greased baking dish.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the arranged vegetables.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
