  • 1 cup Rice crisps or almond crunch for added texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop your chosen chocolate into small pieces and melt in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  2. Coat the insides of the frog-shaped molds with the melted chocolate.
  3. Spoon in your chosen filling into each mold without mixing it with the chocolate edges.
  4. Cover the filling with the remaining melted chocolate and seal edges well.
  5. Place filled molds into the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes to firm up.
  6. Carefully release the chocolate frogs from the molds once fully hardened.
