Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients. Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside.
  2. Layer one slice of bread with turkey, Muenster cheese, cranberry sauce, bacon, and fried sage. Top with goat cheese and another slice of bread.
  3. Preheat panini press or skillet over medium-high heat. Grill the sandwich for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
  4. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately. Optionally, offer additional cranberry sauce on the side.
