Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Slice lemons into thin rounds and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  3. Place the mahi mahi fillets on top of the lemon slices and brush melted butter over both sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, thyme, red pepper flakes, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the mahi mahi fillets.
  6. Bake the mahi mahi for 10 minutes, then broil for an additional 1.5 minutes.
  7. Garnish the fillets with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
