Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced onion for about 5–7 minutes, until fully cooked.
  2. Combine cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt with water in a small bowl, then pour over cooked beef mixture.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and mix cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake cheese mixture in balls for about 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once the cheese balls cool slightly, shape them with seasoned beef in rolls.
  6. Return taquitos to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until crispy.
