Preparation Steps
- Begin by rolling out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares.
- Take each dough square and place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a dash of salt.
- Fold the dough square over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle. Press the edges firmly to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the filled pizza rolls in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the basket and let cool slightly. Best served warm with marinara sauce.
