Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by rolling out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 3-inch squares.
  2. Take each dough square and place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni in the center. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and a dash of salt.
  3. Fold the dough square over the filling to create a triangle or rectangle. Press the edges firmly to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the filled pizza rolls in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
