Marinating and Cooking
- In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to create a savory marinade. Add chicken and coat fully. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade and sear in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat, layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, and vegetables. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Fold in sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to create a secure wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve fresh, optionally alongside sweet potato fries or a cucumber salad.

Notes
For best results, allow chicken to marinate longer. Adjust cooking times based on thickness, and warm tortillas before assembling to prevent cracking.
