Step-by-Step Instructions for Stuffed Mushrooms
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease the baking sheet with olive oil.
- Rinse the mushrooms, dry them, and remove the stems, chopping them finely.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté the chopped mushroom stems for about 5 minutes.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.
- Mix sautéed ingredients with cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, and pecans.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, sprinkle extra parmesan and pecans on top.
