Step-by-Step Instructions for Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease the baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms, dry them, and remove the stems, chopping them finely.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté the chopped mushroom stems for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  5. Mix sautéed ingredients with cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, and pecans.
  6. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling, sprinkle extra parmesan and pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and mushrooms are softened.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
