Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes until set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Pour the filling carefully over the cooled crust and bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is set. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Dissolve Strawberry Jell-O in boiling water, then stir in cold water. When slightly thickened, fold in whipped cream and chopped strawberries, then pour over the cheesecake.
  5. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the chilled strawberry layer for an inviting topping.
  6. Mix crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter and dry Jell-O powder, then sprinkle over whipped cream layer for crumble topping.
  7. Chill cheesecake for another hour before serving. Slice and enjoy the incredible layers of flavor and texture!
