Peanut Sauce Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and fresh ginger. Whisk until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Add warm water if too thick.
Cook Chicken
- Season cooked chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill, sauté, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Let rest, then slice into strips.
Mix Coleslaw
- In a large bowl, mix coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and roasted peanuts. Drizzle with peanut sauce and toss until coated.
Assemble Wraps
