Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add egg, vanilla extract, milk, and vegetable oil until smooth, then mix in hot coffee.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes and check for doneness with a toothpick. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  4. Toast shredded phyllo dough with butter until golden brown. Mix in pistachio cream.
  5. Melt chocolate with heavy cream in the microwave until smooth.
