  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Milk any variety
  • 1/4 cup Honey or sugar/agave syrup
  • 1 packet Active Dry Yeast ensure it's fresh
  • 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour can substitute with bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
For Brushing
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the warm water, melted butter, milk, and honey. Heat until it reaches about 110°F.
  3. Pour the warm mixture into a stand mixer and sprinkle the active dry yeast evenly over the surface. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the all-purpose flour and fine sea salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a lightly greased bowl for about 15 minutes.
  6. Punch the dough down, divide it into 15 equal pieces, and shape each piece into a ball. Place in the greased dish.
  7. Cover and let the dough balls rise for 15-20 minutes until puffy.
  8. Preheat your oven to 400°F and bake the rolls for approximately 15 minutes.
  9. Brush the warm rolls with melted butter after baking.
