- Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the warm water, melted butter, milk, and honey. Heat until it reaches about 110°F.
- Pour the warm mixture into a stand mixer and sprinkle the active dry yeast evenly over the surface. Let sit for 5 minutes.
