Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda and mix until well incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and blend until just combined. If too dry, add milk.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips and fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  6. Form balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
