- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda and mix until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and blend until just combined. If too dry, add milk.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Form balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are slightly underbaked.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
