  • 20 cookies Oreos Crushed
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted

Method
 

Boozy Dirt Cake Preparation
  1. In a covered container, soak the gummy worms in whiskey for 12 to 24 hours.
  2. In a heat-safe mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks, brown sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. Heat heavy whipping cream and whole milk in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  4. Slowly pour the hot cream mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly to prevent curdling.
  5. Return the mixture to the saucepan and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  8. In a saucepan, combine caramel sauce, whiskey, cinnamon, and additional salt over medium heat.
  9. Stir until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  10. Crush the Oreos and mix with melted butter for the topping.
  11. After chilling, pour the whiskey caramel over each pot de crème and top with the Oreo mixture.
  12. Garnish with soaked gummy worms and any additional decorative elements.
