Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for about 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or lined baking sheet, brushing olive oil over it.
  4. Spread fresh ricotta cheese evenly across the dough, leaving about an inch for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the ricotta layer, covering it well.
  6. Season with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese bubbles.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza right after removing it from the oven.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired, slice, and serve warm.
