Steps to Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for about 15 minutes.
- Roll out the pre-made pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or lined baking sheet, brushing olive oil over it.
- Spread fresh ricotta cheese evenly across the dough, leaving about an inch for the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of the ricotta layer, covering it well.
- Season with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese bubbles.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza right after removing it from the oven.
- Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired, slice, and serve warm.
