- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside for 30 minutes.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
- Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then add pepperoni slices.
- Dollop ricotta cheese around the pizza.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 8–12 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey over the pizza once it’s baked.
- Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes, slice, and serve.
