  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey Can make by infusing honey with chili flakes
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Highly recommended for extra flavor
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Omit if you prefer a milder taste

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a 12-inch round on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, then add pepperoni slices.
  5. Dollop ricotta cheese around the pizza.
  6. Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 8–12 minutes.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza once it’s baked.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes, slice, and serve.
