Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 12 pieces King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns Regular slider buns can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders Roughly chopped; grilled or baked chicken can be used for a healthier option.
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble before using; turkey bacon can serve as a lighter alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Store-bought or homemade.
For the Toppings
  • 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese Can be swapped for cheddar or Gouda.
  • 1 cup Avocado Cubed; optional.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Quartered; any small tomato variety will do.
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt Regular salt can be used if flaky is unavailable.

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the pretzel slider buns in half and lay them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Distribute slices of Pepper Jack cheese over both halves of the buns, then sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  3. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, coat the roughly chopped fried chicken tenders with honey mustard.
  5. Add generous portions of the honey mustard chicken to each bottom half of the buns. Top with avocado cubes and quartered cherry tomatoes.
  6. Close the slider tops, serve immediately with extra honey mustard for dipping.
