Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces, peel and dice sweet potatoes into ½-inch cubes, and cut broccoli into smaller sections. Arrange on the sheet pan.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the glaze over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on the sheet pan. Toss everything thoroughly to coat.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
