Method
 

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Dissolve the active dry yeast in half of the warm water for about 5 minutes until foamy. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, salt, and remaining water. Stir in egg yolk and yeast mixture, then gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
  2. Grease the baking dish with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Transfer and spread the dough evenly in the dish. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes while preheating your oven to 350°F.
  3. After resting, brush the dough with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the dough, then dust with garlic salt. Bake in the preheated oven for 28-31 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Once baked, cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 8 even pieces using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
