Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add diced bacon and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In the same pot, add the sliced kielbasa sausage and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, and chili powder over the beef mixture and stir continuously for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in petite diced tomatoes, beans, chopped green chilies, corn, and diced potatoes. Add about 4 cups of water and stir well.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 1 hour.
  7. After an hour, check the stew's thickness. If too thick, add more water or broth to reach the desired consistency.
