Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes until hot.
  2. Add olive oil to the hot pan, swirl it to coat, then add beef strips in a single layer. Sear for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Transfer beef to a plate and cover to keep warm. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and seasonings. Cook for an additional minute until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Fold cooked beef back into skillet with sautéed vegetables. Add cooked rice, mixing gently to combine.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately in bowls, garnished with fresh herbs or additional soy sauce.
