Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add your rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it drain well while you prepare the dressing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, ½ cup of mayonnaise, ½ cup of sour cream, ¼ cup of pickle juice, and 2-4 tablespoons of milk. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy. Adjust the milk to achieve your desired dressing consistency.
  3. In a separate large bowl, add the drained rotini pasta, 1 cup of chopped sliced Polish ham, 1 cup of diced dill pickles, and ½ cup of chopped green onions. Gently fold the ingredients together using a spatula until well combined.
  4. Carefully drizzle the cream cheese dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to coat every ingredient evenly. Top with additional green onions, fresh dill, and a sprinkle of black pepper before serving.
