  1. Rinse uncooked sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook with water and konbu dashi powder.
  2. Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan; heat to dissolve.
  3. Fold the sushi vinegar into the cooked rice and let it cool.
  4. Cut nori into fun shapes for decorations and prepare the egg in a non-stick pan.
  5. Assemble sushi balls by layering filling and rice on cling wrap.
  6. Release the sushi ball from the cling wrap and place on a platter.
