  • 1 teaspoon Paprika or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For Toppings
  • 1 medium Avocado or olives
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Honey or regular honey with red pepper flakes

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting the sweet potatoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 40–45 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sauté diced yellow onion until soft. Add ground beef and taco seasoning, cooking until browned.
  4. Layer roasted sweet potatoes in bowls followed by the ground beef mixture.
  5. Top each bowl with sliced avocado and cottage cheese.
  6. Drizzle with hot honey before serving.
