Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over drained pasta and add ice cubes. Toss gently to cool and prevent sticking.
  3. Blend avocado, herbs, white wine vinegar, garlic, and nutritional yeast until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, spinach, and any crunchy veggies. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
  5. Slice green onions and sprinkle over the salad. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 15 minutes to meld flavors.
