Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, coating well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4-8 hours.
  3. Prepare for Cooking: Choose your method (grill, skillet, or oven) and preheat accordingly. Remove chicken from marinade.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Grill or pan-sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or dill.
