Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9'' x 13'' pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, water, vegetable oil, and egg whites. Blend on low for 30 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the creme de menthe syrup gently, then pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Once cooled, spread the thick hot fudge topping evenly over the cake.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Cool Whip with creme de menthe syrup and spread over the fudge.
