Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients. Chop the vegetables and slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken and sauté your chopped vegetables in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chicken broth.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, add the cooked lo mein noodles and pour the sauce over. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
