Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large pot, boil water and add salt. Cook lasagna noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and lay flat on a towel.
 - Mix ricotta, spinach, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
 - Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
 - Layer cooked noodles over sauce, add ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and finish with marinara and mozzarella on top.
 - Form mozzarella ghosts on top and add olive eyes if desired.
 - Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
 - Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
