- Cut sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear steak bites for 3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove steak bites and in the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, scraping the skillet's bottom, then add heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes, then whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and coat in sauce. Let simmer for 1 minute. Serve garnished with parsley and red pepper flakes.
