Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add broth, garlic, and lemon juice. Simmer for 1 minute, scraping the skillet.
