Ingredients

For the Popsicles
  • 6 cups ripe, seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or fresh lemon juice as substitute

Equipment

  • High-powered blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cubing approximately 6 cups of ripe, seedless watermelon, ensuring there are no seeds left behind. Place the watermelon cubes into a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Once the watermelon is blended smoothly, add 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice directly into the blender. Blend again for another 10 seconds to integrate the lime with the watermelon, creating a balanced flavor.
  3. Carefully pour the blended watermelon and lime mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
  4. If your molds require sticks, cover them with the lids first, then insert the sticks into the filled molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside, then gently pull on the sticks to release. Serve immediately.
