- Begin by cubing approximately 6 cups of ripe, seedless watermelon, ensuring there are no seeds left behind. Place the watermelon cubes into a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Once the watermelon is blended smoothly, add 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice directly into the blender. Blend again for another 10 seconds to integrate the lime with the watermelon, creating a balanced flavor.
- Carefully pour the blended watermelon and lime mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
- If your molds require sticks, cover them with the lids first, then insert the sticks into the filled molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside, then gently pull on the sticks to release. Serve immediately.
