  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with flavored yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can substitute with maple syrup for vegan option
For the Eyes
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips For creating eyes

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep Kiwis: Peel and slice kiwis into rounds about 1/4 inch thick, aiming for 2 cups.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Combine kiwis, Greek yogurt, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour Mixture: Pour the mixture into pop molds, filling them to three-quarters full.
  4. Add Eyes: Press mini chocolate chips into the mixture in each mold for eyes.
  5. Insert Sticks & Freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from Molds: Remove pops from molds by running them under warm water.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
