- Prep Kiwis: Peel and slice kiwis into rounds about 1/4 inch thick, aiming for 2 cups.
- Blend Ingredients: Combine kiwis, Greek yogurt, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour Mixture: Pour the mixture into pop molds, filling them to three-quarters full.
- Add Eyes: Press mini chocolate chips into the mixture in each mold for eyes.
- Insert Sticks & Freeze: Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from Molds: Remove pops from molds by running them under warm water.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
