Step-by-Step Instructions for Fig-Jam & Turkey Bacon Crostini
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking sheet for the baguette slices.
  2. Slice your baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on the baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Crumble into pieces.
  5. Spread softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Add a dollop of fig jam on top of each slice and sprinkle with crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Garnish with fresh arugula leaves. Serve immediately.
