Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
  2. Using a vegetable peeler, create thin ribbons from the asparagus, discarding tough ends.
  3. Roll out pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thickness, then place on the prepared baking sheet or stone. Drizzle with olive oil and spread minced garlic.
  4. Layer cheese, followed by thinly sliced potatoes, and sprinkle reserved asparagus bits on top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
  6. Add fresh asparagus ribbons and any chive blossoms on top, returning to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Slice and enjoy the pizza warm, paired with a glass of pale rosé.
