Preparation
- In a mason jar, combine sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
- Lay out four slices of sourdough bread. Spread sun-dried tomato aioli on one side of each slice.
- On two slices, layer three slices of turkey deli meat and three slices of bacon.
- Top with slices of ripe avocado and a handful of romaine lettuce.
- Place remaining two slices of bread on top, aioli side down. Press gently and cut in half diagonally.
- Serve immediately with chips or a salad.
