Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mason jar, combine sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Lay out four slices of sourdough bread. Spread sun-dried tomato aioli on one side of each slice.
  3. On two slices, layer three slices of turkey deli meat and three slices of bacon.
  4. Top with slices of ripe avocado and a handful of romaine lettuce.
  5. Place remaining two slices of bread on top, aioli side down. Press gently and cut in half diagonally.
  6. Serve immediately with chips or a salad.
