  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar Substitute with white vinegar if necessary.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Substitute with white vinegar and whole grain mustard if necessary.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare your sheet pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Place baby potatoes on one-third of the sheet pan and green beans in the middle section. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Layer quartered boneless ham on the remaining third of the sheet pan, followed by canned sliced pineapple. Brush with honey and brown sugar glaze.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking halfway. The potatoes should be fork-tender and the ham should be heated through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving straight from the pan.
