Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon dry, season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine honey, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Place salmon pieces skin-side down in the skillet, cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the salmon, pour in the honey garlic sauce, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until salmon is opaque.
  6. Remove salmon from heat, drizzle remaining sauce over the top, and serve warm.
