Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef. Sauté and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring well to combine.
  2. Once the beef is cooked, sprinkle in shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers. Stir the mixture, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft.
  4. Lay the softened rice paper on a clean surface. Place a few fresh basil leaves and a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Tightly roll the rice paper.
  5. Carefully arrange the assembled rolls on a serving platter. Pair with your choice of dipping sauces.
